This Privacy Policy relates to eupee.com powered by Infinite Horizons Limited an online social networking service which allows its members to set up profiles and network with friends and other eupee users and groups. eupee members and visitors can view each other profiles, share photos and other user generated content and communicate with one another.
At eupee, we recognize that privacy is important and take your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you decide to share. This Policy applies to all of the web services, online contests and events offered by eupee. This privacy policy to explain to you how your information is protected collected and used, which may be updated by eupee from time to time.

1. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, address or telephone number, preferences, interests, school information, favorites and demographic information such as zip code, age, gender. In order to access eupee, you will be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password, which we refer to as your credentials.
We deliver advertisements and use web site analytic tools and we may collect information about the pages you click, view and collect standard information that your browser sends to every page you visit, such as IP address, hardware, browser type and language, access times, cookies - piece of data - stored on your computer and tied to the information about you so that you will be able to login when you come back to eupee.
When you use eupee, you set up your profile, start relationships, send messages, perform searches, set up events and form groups and transmit information through various channels. You are not anonymous and we retain the information we collect so that we can provide you the service and offer personalized features and to give you the ability to return to view prior messages you have sent or easily see your friends list.
A user chosen password is used to protect your profile. It is your sole responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone, you should always log out before leaving a site or service to prevent unauthorized access to your information by subsequent users.
2. ACESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Once you sign up, you have the ability to view and edit your personal information. You will have the ability to acess and update your personal information online at any time and can control how other members commumicate with you. In order to help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you will be required to sign in with your credentials (your e-mail address and your password). When you sign up to the site, your personal page and information can be viewed by non members with the default settings. If you want to prevent your personal information from being viewed by others you should change your privacy settings under the settings section.
When you create a group or event they are always public and all the information contained in these sections are viewable from outside eupee.
3. CHILDREN UNDER AGE 16
eupee does not knowingly collect personal information (PII) from anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If you are under sixteen (16), please do not attempt to register for eupee or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age sixteen (16) may provide any personal information to or on eupee. In the situation that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age sixteen (16), without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 4. CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 18
We strongly recommend that children between the ages of sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) should not send any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet without asking their parents or legal guardians for permission beforehand.
5. YOUR CHOICES OF COMMUNICATION
eupee operates a social networking utility, offering users a set of tools to connect to our global community. The eupee network is free to use for all members meeting our age criteria of at least sixteen years of age.
Once you register, you will be able to review and update much of your personal information such as: Your contact email address, your profile, photographs, videos, city, region, country of residence, password, etc.
We strongly urge you to periodically change your password to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account information.
If you have a number of messages waiting for you and you have not logged in to the service for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, contact you via your registered email address to notify you of the unread messages. As part of our data cleansing process, we may delete the oldest messages in our database.
6. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
You create part of your own profile when you sign up with eupee. After you join, your profile will be available to everyone but parts of your profile (e.g. your name, status,) may be edited and updated only by you through your privacy settings.
Your personal information, including your name and profile picture thumbnail, will be available in search results and those limited pieces of information may be made available to third party search engines. We do not limit access to site information by third party search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask Jeeves. These search engines have the access to personal information your name, profile picture, and aggregated data about your profile. Members can choose to make their profile private and not accessible by third party search engines from the privacy setting section within eupee and only eupee members can send a friend request.
eupee uses your personal information to communıcate with you. We will send service communications such as membership letters, system notifications, surveys, incoming messages from your friends and others to your e-mail address. You also may view these e-mails from your account at www.eupee.com. You can opt-out or “block” some of these e-mails from the privacy setting section within eupee.
eupee may also use your personal information to improve the site. We may use some of the information we collect in order to personalize the ads we show you but not directly identify you. For example, we may select the ads we display according to certain general interest categories or segments that we have inferred based on (a) demographic data, including any information you may have provided when creating your profile (e.g. age, zip or postal code, gender), general geographic location derived from your IP address, (b) the pages you view and links you click when using eupee website; and/or (c) the search terms you enter when you make a search for groups, videos, images and/or groups.
7. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
We use a third party service provider to host the eupee services and store files, including your personal inforamation, on their servers. Our service providers will not have access to your password. Where we utilize third parties for the processing of any personal information, we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections limiting the use of that information.
Advertisements are sometimes delivered by third parties directly to eupee members. These parties may automatically receive your IP address when this happens, they also may use cookies and web beacons for them to recognize your computer in order to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content.
We allow non-members a glimpse into the eupee world by allowing them only to browse (e.g. view profile information, view events, view groups, etc.) eupee content.
We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the eupee service or using the eupee name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.
We let you choose to share information with marketers or electronic commerce providers through sponsored groups or other on-site offers.
We may offer stores or provide services jointly with other companies on eupee. You can tell when another company is involved in any store or service provided on eupee, and we may share customer information with that company in connection with your use of that store or service.
eupee may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the practices of other websites. eupee privacy policy applies solely to information collected by eupee.
When you use eupee, certain information you post or share with third parties (e.g., a friend), such as personal information, comments, messages, photos, videos listings or other information, may be shared with other users in accordance with the privacy settings you select. All such sharing of information is done at your own risk. Please keep in mind that when posting comments, messages, photos, videos, marketplace listings or other items, this information may become publicly available.
8. DELETING YOUR INFORMATION AND DEACTIVATING YOUR eupee ACCOUNT
All eupee members may modify or delete their information from our database. To do so, sign in with your password and modify or deactivate your profile. These options are available from your "Settings" page.

While we use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database and restrict access to member information to only those employees who need access to perform their job functions, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of member account information. eupee does not bear responsibility for any harm, damage, loss of information or any other loss, which may occur as a result your use of this site and/or services.
