sign up and login problems

all you need to do is to sign up for eupee with an active email address that we can contact you.

you probably entered a name that contains abuse. eupee does not let their users to have names which include abuse.

first of all, take it easy! if you have forgotten your password, click the "forgot password" link on the login page and write your email address that you have signed up on eupee with. we will send you a link to reset your password.

if you want to change your password, go to your "personal information", through the "settings" menu. when you are in your personal settings, you will see your password in a code. click the "change" button next to your password to change it.

yes, we have set some rules about passwords in order to help our user in the matter of security. passwords must obey the following rules;

- a password must be 6 to 12 characters in length.
- a password can only contain numbers and letters.
- a password can not be in a form of string of repeated characters.
- a password case sensitive.

yes you can change your login id. if you want to change your login id, go to your "personal information", through the "settings" menu. when you are in your personal settings, you will see the email address that you use as your login id. click the “change” link next to it and write another email address that you want to use.

maybe you have already got it but you just do not know where to check! some mail clients automatically mark the mails from unknown addresses as "junk". so please make sure to check your "junkbox", if you can not find the confirmation mail in your inbox.

when you are on eupee homepage; type the username and the password you chose while registrating and click the log in button, to login to your account.

you can log out from eupee by clicking the "log out" link, which you can find on the right top of the site.

if you are sure that you do not have alzheimer, make sure that your caps lock is off and try again.
